RETURN POLICY:

We don’t have a return policy for purchases made at https://www.paayalkothari.com. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer.

We hope to build a relationship with our clients for the long term. If their purchase isn’t right, we will endeavor our best to fix it, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) we will expect you to return the products to us in original condition for us to send you the products as per your order. The shipping charges will be borne by us in this case.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole right and discretion to provide an appropriate resolution to any situation, as we may deem fit.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
