SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within India from our Mumbai office & shipping is currently free for all orders within India. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within twenty (20) days from date following the placement of Order and credit of the sale proceeds into our Bank Account.

2. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Products, which are in stock, may be shipped much quicker.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING AND VERIFICATION
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information from you.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.

4. DELAY IN SHIPMENT
Since every piece is made to order as per your measurements, we will strive our best to dispatch the product and endeavor to deliver the product to you within the estimated delivery time. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please feel free to email us and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
